That covers everything from new driveways to cleaning & sealing. We serve Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Venice, and we have been in the area for over 20 years. Projects start with an in-person consultation at your home at no cost to you, are installed to CMHA (formerly ICPI) standards, and carry a one-year workmanship warranty. You are also welcome to visit our walk-in showroom on the Tamiami Trail to see materials full size.

An array of paver displays from most brands we install — see and feel the different textures of pavers and natural stone, browse pattern samples, and borrow real samples to color match at home, all in one room on the Tamiami Trail. Walk-ins are welcome.

What do pavers cost per square foot?
It depends on the selection of material, pattern, and scope of work. We give exact numbers in writing after a free on-site estimate.
How often should pavers be sealed in Florida?
Every 2 to 3 years. Sun fades the pigment and rain feeds the mold. A clean and seal restores the color and locks the joints. See our cleaning & sealing page.
What does your warranty cover?
One full year on our workmanship, including settling, joints and edges. The pavers themselves carry their manufacturer warranty on top of ours.
